How will I received my purchased software?
Once you have purchased the software, you will receive a Welcome E-mail containing your log-in details and an Activation code. You will receive a second e-mail immediately, containing the link to download your software and an installation guide.
In case you don’t receive the Welcome e-mail, kindly ensure that the payment has been processed successfully. Also check your Spam or Junk folder as at times the e-mail is accidentally sent to that folder. If the problem persists, kindly contact XNSPY Customer support.
