Does the recording a call take a lot of bandwidth?

No. Call recording itself does not take any extra bandwidth than the actual call. Uploading the recording onto the Control Panel will take the same amount of bandwidth as a regular upload, depending on the duration of the call. Uploading longer calls will take more bandwidth than shorter calls.
