Dependencies for Android:
The location services in the device must be enabled to get the location data. Location services includes GPS, Cell Tower location and WiFi address.
Dependencies for iPhone:
Location services must be enabled in device up to iOS 7. For devices above iOS 7, the Wifi or Mobile Data must be availalble due to certain firmware dependencies.
Location not uploading:
1) Make sure Internet is available.
2) Make sure Location Services are enabled.
3) Kindly, wait for 24 working hours.
