Videos not uploading:


1) Kindly, allow 24 working hours.

2) Check Internet connection on target device.

3) Make sure SD card is available.

4)You may connect the device to a charger, while it still has Internet connection, to aid the uploading process.


The video files should be lesser than 15 MB of size. Otherwise it will not upload.
