Requirements:
1. The target phone must be rooted (Android Only).
2. The target user must be signed in to Viber application on target device, and the app should be running in processes to capture logs.
Data not uploading:
1) Ask to allow 24 working hours.
2) Check Internet connection on target device.
3) Make sure the target user must is signed in to Viber application on target device, and the app should be running in the processes to capture logs.
