Is it true that you are offering a 10 day full refund policy?

For us customers always come first. If somehow you are not satisfied with our product you may contact us within 10 days of purchase for a refund. However, any case which falls in no-refund or partial refund policy category may be handled differently depending on the circumstances.

In case you have any issue with our product, we recommend you to contact our support staff. We appreciate you allowing us a chance to fix any issue that you might be facing. If we are unable to fix it for you, you will be subjected to a refund.
