Download Issue

In case you face any issue with the download process, please confirm the below mentioned points;
  • The Download URL must be exactly as mentioned in the installation guide.
  • The Internet connection must be properly functioning. 
  • We recommend you to use the default phone browser for the download. 
  • The unknown sources must be enabled on the target device for permissions to install our app on device. 
You may also try to restart the phone and then try again. If you still face the same issue, please contact our Live XNSPY Customer Support. 

Application Disappearing after Download Begins:

In another case, on certain Android devices, the download may begin after you enter the download URL and then disappear. This is due to firmware settings on a few Android devices, however, the application will still be downloaded and can be found in the downloaded apps section on the target device. You can click on the downloaded app icon and continue with the installation procedure.
