10. Under what conditions can I use XNSPY?

XNSPY’s Terms of use and End User Licensing Agreement does not allow you to install the app onto devices that you don’t own. Devices can only be monitored after permission from all the users and informing them that there devices are being monitored. Anyone who fails to do so will be breaking Federal and State laws. XNSPY will provide full cooperation to investigating authorities in case of any allegations concerning misuse. Consult your legal advisor for any queries about your specific circumstances.

      Unfortunately due to technical barriers you cannot install XNSPY application remotely. You will require physical access to the target phone only once. After that you will be able to remotely access and operate the XNSPY software application.
