• Can I acquire the target phone’s PIN Code/Password/Diagram Lock through XNSPY?

  No, you cannot intercept passwords/PIN Code/Diagram Locks of a locked phone. Once XNSPY is installed, you can access the mentioned contents of the phone in stealth mode, but you cannot obtain any passwords.

• Can I install XNSPY remotely?

  Unfortunately due to technical barriers you cannot install XNSPY application remotely. You will require physical access to the target phone only once. After that you will be able to remotely access and operate the XNSPY software application. 

• 5. Do I need to buy XNSPY from the same device that I wish to monitor?

  NO. you can buy XNSPY from any available device. Make sure you have the Apple ID and password of the target device.

• What is the size of the file after install?

  The size of the XNSPY application on Android platform will be approximately 7 MB after installation and on iOS platform it will be 4 MB. 

• Which languages does XNSPY support?

  Currently we are offering support in English language only. Multilingual support will be available with XNSPY very soon.
